Returns Policy - Monte Regal has a return policy of 14 days after your order was placed. 

What condition does my watch have to be in?

If you wish to return your timepiece within 14 days, the item must be unused and in perfect condition to be resold. 

What will void my return option?

If your timepiece was ordered longer than 14 days previous, protective films have been removed, or plastic crown stopper has been removed your return option will automatically void. 

Item must be in perfect condition to be resold.

How do I go about returning my watch?

If you wish to return your watch, simply email sales@monteregal.com.au enquiring a return. The email should contain:

  • Images proving all films, stoppers are still intact and have not been previously removed. 
  • Proof that your order was not placed over 14 days ago.

If your email has been approved, send your Monte Regal timepiece (at buyers expense) to our shipment facility (Address will be in email). We will further assess the condition, and if approved you will be issued a full refund within 3 days.

If Monte Regal does not believe your timepiece is in reselling condition, we will send your item back to you (At sellers expense) via Australia post standard shipping.  

Warranty Policy

Warranty Period - A Monte Regal TimePiece has a warranty period of 2 years (24 months)

If you encounter any of these issues or issues that be categorised within this you will be required to get in contact with us and send photo/ video evidence. Once approved, we will require you to send your watch back to our facility (address will be in email). Shipping will be at buyers expense. After further assessment and assuming approval we will happily send a replacement or full refund. 

Within these 2 years the Warranty Coverage Includes:

 - Defects or materials

You will be covered if any defects are visible or noticeable within the 2 years for example: Watch randomly stops working, chronograph  dials don't work, wording is spelt wrong, wrist strap breaks etc. If you encounter ant of these issues or issues that be categorised within this you will be required to get in contact with us and send photo evidence. From there we will analyse and access the damage and get back to you

- Rust or Corrosion

If rust or Corrosion occurs during the 2 year span you will be required to get in contact with us and send photo evidence. From there we will analyse and access  the damage and get back to you

 

What isn't Covered:

- Repairs done by someone other than where you bought the item void the warranty

Repairs done by other persons and or another businesses is not covered as we may not to be blamed as the issues could have started or been caused by what was done to it 

Loss or Disappearance

Loss & Disappearance will not be covered as we are not liable for issues or situations we are not a fault for 

- Abusive Wear 

You will not be covered if an issue is caused due to an action you have performed on purpose such as: Stomping on the watch, Hitting the watch with a object ect.
